Kellie Jankowski has lived and worked in the St. Johns/Duval County area since 1984. She specializes in homes located in St. John’s County including Ponte Vedra Beach, Ponte Vedra, St. Johns and St. Augustine. As an area expert, she is familiar with both resale and new home construction in some popular communities, including Aberdeen, Beach Walk, Beacon Lakes, Durbin Crossing, Murabella, Nocatee, Palencia, Shearwater, Silverleaf, Rivertown, Trailmark and World Golf Village. She has had an active Florida real estate license since 1985 and is a member of the Northeast Florida Board of Realtors, National Association Board of Realtors and Florida Board of Realtors. Along with a Master’s Degree in Management and Marketing from Jacksonville University, she holds a certification as a short sale and foreclosure resource specialist.
