My Story
Kellie Jankowski grew up in Fort Myers, Florida with a successful real estate broker as a father. In 1985, right before finishing her undergraduate degree, she received her Florida real estate license. Despite her father’s long-term success in the industry, she elected to build a career of her own in the corporate world, utilizing her master’s degree in marketing and management.
After moving to St. Johns County in the ’90s, Kellie fought her way up the corporate ladder to become Assistant Vice President of Merrill Lynch Insurance Group. During that time, she married and raised two kids, all while continuing to practice real estate and build a name for herself.
At a certain point, when she realized how truly exceptional she was at helping her clients buy and sell homes, she upgraded her license to Broker Associate and began working full time as a real estate agent. This is when her business skyrocketed.
