FAQs
Buying
Do you work with first-time
home buyers?
All the time. One of the things we're most proud of is our ability to educate our clients. And we don't just teach you how to buy a home– we're a home ownership resource well into the future.
Do I have to sign anything to
hire you as a buyer's agent?
Yes. A buyers agent agreement is required in order to see any homes as of August 17, 2024.
What if I'm not
prequalified yet?
No problem. About half of our clients reach out to us before they've gotten prequalified. We'd be happy to get you in touch with a lender who can get you prequalified.
What price range do
you work with?
Any price range! We've helped clients purchase homes that range from a hundred thousand dollars all the way up to the multi-milllion dollar estates.
I'm an agent moving to the area.
Do you offer a referral fee?
Yes!
Can you help me find a rental
until I'm ready to purchase a home?
Yes. This is a service we're happy to offer if you'd like to rent while you're searching or plan to purchase a home in the near future.
Selling
Do you charge any extra
fees besides compensation stated in the buyers agent agreement?
No. Because we don't have all the corporate overhead, we only charge the compensation outlined on the signed agreement.
What will you do to
market my home?
Please refer to our page about marketing.
How long does a
listing agreement last?
Our standard listing agreement length is for 6 months. However, this is a negotiable term in a listing agreement.
How much compensation
do you charge?
The compensation rate depends on a variety of factors. Please reach out and we'd be happy to discuss this with you.
How long does it take to
put my home on the market?
Usually one week or less. However, depending on the availablitlity of our photographers and your home's marketing needs, it may take up to two weeks. We reccomend you contact us as soon as possible so we can begin developing your home's marketing plan.
